History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. After months of barely getting by, Pearl managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, she made her way to the capital under a new identity.
