Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes orcs are coming to abduct people. John enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, John has worked very hard to control his curse. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Mayor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the west; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

History: Peren was born with his mother's beautiful face. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Description: She is of a modest build and height, but she carries herself more imposing than she is. She dresses in black turtlenecks beneath a yellow coat with tan slacks. Her crest is greying and her face has many wrinkles. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.
Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: She was born at the edge of vast desert. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Jaxi took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up shortbow and armor she uses now. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions
