History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Dagger alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Dagger fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Ivellios was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. History: Gifted from a young age, Kadana studied abroad. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and to unite with her sister

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She struck the Marshal job and began her own company from there.
