Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Williamina embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Williamina is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Gifted from a young age, Raer studied abroad. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Raer was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the dire rats.
