Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.
History: He was raised by priests from a young age. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and his religion dominates his actions

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he wears a robe, a symbol of luck around his neck, and a ceremonial dagger on his belt. His black crest is smooth and relatively long. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He disdains his fellow southerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.
History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Donaar was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. While he appears to be a normal Dragonborn, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Donaar fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: A woman with a cold, calculating air about her, she is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. Her red hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a top hat. This gray eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: While she is on the job, she is grim and serious. She understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.
History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.
Motivation: To prove her worth to the world; and she possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Personality: She is overprotective of those who hire her services. Her philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.
History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Barrister arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.
Motivation: She would like to get married and retire; and to reunite with her absent father

Description: A woman of a pale complexion, she is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing tan cape and mantle trimmed with soft yellow waves gently in the breeze. Her black hair is singed and shortened. She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: Here is a woman who knows she is the smartest in the room. She talks down to others constantly. A true patriot, Luthra would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.
History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Ostracized due to the martial powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Gnomes became a terror of the countryside. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and she has money and likes to spend it

History: Born to a Shepherd, her father struggled to pay the bills. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.
History: Halimath hails from a village terrorized by illithids. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Carter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Halimath was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the illithids.
Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Altho embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. He is an amazing painter.
History: The child of a Hunter, who enjoyed hunting, Altho was taken on many hunting expeditions. A gifted student he started as a Hunter, but he got bored and became a Slave Trader. He has achieved small success as a Slave Trader.
