Description: The dark-skinned woman stands 3'1" and wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). Her long chestnut hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. She wears an eyepatch.
Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. Animals are drawn to her, and she is able to talk to them.
History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Callie fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. Her parents were killed by brigands in a raid when she was still a young child. The brigands captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: She possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and she has decided she is irredeemable

Personality: While she is on the job, she is grim and serious. She understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. She has a small toy that she constantly fidgets with.
History: Helja was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Helja was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Helja decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned.
