Description: This late middle aged man wears a black shirt, with a brown mid length shorts with brown tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them and is in decent physical shape. His crest is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him.

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears just a white suit. He has a very tight haircut. His skin is flawless and his gray eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Crown-heir for the past few years.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Money/treasure.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. Ostracized due to the martial powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. He was granted martial powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Description: His right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He wears an entirely white suit with green socks and a vest with buckled shoes. His silver hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Hoshû was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Being a Mortician kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and balancing his hectic life and new shepherd responsibilities is difficult

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk she knows how to make people feel guilty. She keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to her own.

History: When she was but 3 years old her parents immigrated from the west. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Dwarven activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Dwarven doctor. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: She feels kind of lost in life.
