History: Her arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Her childhood dream was to be a Miller, but she was a colossal failure. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by brigands. Shaena was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the brigands.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. After months of barely getting by, Theren managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.

History: She got into the Miller business at a young age. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Mijira grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Mijira. She has achieved small success as a Miller.
