History: Born in the south to a Barber, Gennal learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Barber.

Description: He dresses in black turtlenecks beneath a tan coat with violet slacks. He carries with him a set of shortbows, each one with a sapphire on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. He sports a long black beard, and similarly colored long hair. His eyes are amber and catlike.
Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Ploughman business.
History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
Motivation: He is content; and he seems to be bored by most things

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.
History: Born in the north to a Butcher, Roger learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. Being a Butcher kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

A flowing brown cape and mantle trimmed with soft black waves gently in the breeze. His fur is gray and very short. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep yellow.
Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.
History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. Being a Banker kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and seeks redemption

Description: He wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. He carries a battered greataxe and tarnished hammer as well. His red hair is unkempt and raggedy. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Carpenter but believes his peers are too gung-ho.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Carpenter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Raer fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and he has money and likes to spend it

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.
History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He bought a whip and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

History: Gifted from a young age, Tod studied abroad. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 94. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
