She is ready at a moment's notice to give into her darker urges. She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. Through the years after Shautha was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Shautha's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
