Description: His left side is far more bruised and cut up than his other. He wears dull black sweaters, loose white pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed hand crossbow, just in case. He has dyed his greying auburn hair a little too much giving a sharp auburn color. His ears are large.
Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Herbalist but believes his peers are too gung-ho.
History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the east. Varg was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Varg decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and seeks redemption

Description: This malnourished man is wearing a long, black, dusty cloak. His rusty crest is drawn into a tight pony tail with a clover scrunchie. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are gold.
Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.
History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and a strong sense of loyalty to tabaxi people

Description: He wears pastel painted combat armor at almost all times. He carries with him a set of daggers, each one with a opal on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. He wears his black fur up. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.
Personality: He hates orcs. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He takes great joy in being the best Jeweler in town.
History: Ahrim was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: Calm and collected, she is a well trained Crown-heir. She is a thrill seeker, she laughs at people and throws down challenges. She is highly competitive and combative.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Baggi grew up listening to her mother's many stories. She has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. She became a Crown-heir soon after.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He invites people to come help in his community garden.
History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. She disdains her fellow westerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.
History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Her first spouse was a Shepherd, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.
Motivation: She feels threatened by others; and she is terrified, and will act out of fear

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Vassago has worked very hard to control his curse. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.
