History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Being a Glassblower kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He wants revenge against giants; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered dancing. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

History: Born to a Priest, her mother struggled to pay the bills. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Delre lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. When Nurkara reached her early adolescence her Dwarf mother passed away.
