History: Gilkass was born the youngest of three triplets. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Gilkass took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up sickle and armor she uses now. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by goblins. Gilkass was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the goblins.

History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her mother. She always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When Vlorn reached his early adolescence his Halfling mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and wishes to resurrect an old love

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered north to less war torn lands. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Hillanot was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: When she was but 7 years old her parents immigrated from the west. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.
