Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.

History: Phann hails from a village terrorized by drow. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She moved out south to avoid the crime she committed. She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact.

Personality: She is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. The war was a terrible time for her, and Gilkass does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Gilkass was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by goblins. Gilkass was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the goblins.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

History: The child of eastern immigrants she idolized her father. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
