History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Ostracized due to the martial powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. She was granted martial powers by her dying brother.

Description: This western man is dressed in earthy colors with a brown and green handkerchief worn on his left side. His clothes are grease stained in places. His white hair is singed and shortened. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are blue.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. The war was a terrible time for him, and Kildrak does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. Kildrak was born on a far western mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Scribe. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. A true patriot, Herleva would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Sailor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Vanuath hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
