Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. Farideh is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Her first spouse was a Scribe, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Miner profession.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. A gifted student he started as a Miner, but he got bored and became a Sage. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs; and wishes to resurrect an old love

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. She uses her nature as a weapon; she likes to lead opponents to think her in distress.

History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her father. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
