Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Hecat isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Tiefling unity. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Born in the south her family was never financially stable. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Tieflings in the south were limited. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.
