History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Norkruuth grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature mace.

Personality: He hates illithids. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He took after his father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his father taught him to defend himself. When his father died while fighting illithids, the young Vonbin began to lead the lost caravan. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: Prone to second guessing herself, she comes off as nervous. She pushes her goals aggressively. She is also a coward if confronted.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. In her 13th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Dell is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: Dell lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

History: Gifted from a young age, Harvest studied abroad. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered dancing. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Tailor for hire.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and to reunite with his old friends

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: She feels kind of lost in life; and many illithids want her driven away

She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
