History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and balancing his hectic life and new bowyer responsibilities is difficult

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Maiathah grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Maiathah. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, River grew up listening to his father's many stories. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. River took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up falchion and armor he uses now. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.
