Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Mormo was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Gnomes.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Nissa fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Actor. He now owns his own business.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the west were limited. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
