Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.
History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Oblar has worked very hard to control his curse. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and retire the richest man in the east

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he wears dark leathers with embroidery. He wears his yellow fur up. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.
History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Smoking grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Smoking. Being a Assassin kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Personality: She resents people who mock her appearance or her, so she has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. Her philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.
History: Shautha was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Butcher hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

History: She was born in a small forest village. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Juliana took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up axe and armor she uses now. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Dagnal is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.
History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Her arcane abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She has since lost track of the people in her past.
