To get what you want from life, you must take it. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Brewer for hire.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day.

Description: She dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over her head. She wears a wide-brimmed hat to cover her moderate length blonde hair. Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her blue eyes.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: She was born in the south. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Shoemaker. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Shoemaker for hire.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Body Guard. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and to share knowledge with the world

Description: She is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers her face most of the time. She has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. She has a long silver ponytail with little hanging trinkets. She is baby faced.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Whurdred isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Dwarven unity. She is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: Born in the west her family was never financially stable. She found a children's book about a Dwarf Wizard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: Stoic and calm, she prefers to meditate than take action. She is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. A gifted student she started as a Priest, but she got bored and became a Dilettante. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: She would like to get married and retire; and she has a crush on the local priest

Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Varis has worked very hard to control his curse. After a long history of fighting, Varis and his spouse have recently divorced.

Description: Standing 6'7", this man dresses in black turtlenecks beneath a brown coat with tan slacks. His head has been shaved. He has violet eyes and a black hat with a brown feather.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Bowyer arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He got money to start a business from the gang present in town. He is greatly indebted to them.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he has decided he is irredeemable
