Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.
History: Theodoric was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Cleric, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Cleric in service of a powerful lord somewhere. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered west to less war torn lands. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: He is a Slaad in disguise. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he's looking for his big break

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Ostracized due to the druidic powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Dragonborns became a terror of the countryside. She was granted druidic powers by her dying sister.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food she seems plenty friendly. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.
History: Aym hails from a village terrorized by goblins. In her 18th year, her parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Aym alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.
Motivation: To reunite with her absent father.

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He can't help but pocket interesting objects he comes across
History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. Everard was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Everard decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.
History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. Norman was born on a far western plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Spice Merchant. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear.

Personality: She has a good heart but also a terrible temper. She will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. Audhild enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: Her arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Through the years after Audhild was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Audhild's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.
Motivation: To pay off her debts; and she made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it
