She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Mortician work with an outfit from a few towns over. Mortician work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She struck the Mortician job and began her own company from there.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this eastern gal figured out how to best use her charms to convince people to do what she wants. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. Her mother was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She bought a shortbow and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Personality: She is irritable and easily angered. She is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use her stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. After a long history of fighting, Audhild and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Nissa was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. Howard is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
