Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Ploughman they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Adventurer, and she later adopted a second daughter.

Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. A true patriot, Emerald would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Emerald took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up crossbow and armor she uses now. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Shamil was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. After coming to the age of reason, Shamil took it upon herself to study the druidic arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland.
