History: Ortegar was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Ortegar was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. A gifted student he started as a Laborer, but he got bored and became a Carpenter. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

History: He got into the Masseuse business at a young age. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He struck the Masseuse job and began his own company from there.

Personality: He is someone who is used to having a large amount of sex appeal. He also lacks a concept of privacy and shares just about everything. Fargas enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. When Fargas reached his early adolescence his Halfling mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. She tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Her first spouse was a Carpenter, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the west. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order.
