Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. In the meantime he has taken over work as a Weaver and occasionally as a mercenary.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of orcs may trigger it at times.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Dazzazn grew up listening to his father's many stories. He took after his father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his father taught him to defend himself. When his father died while fighting orcs, the young Dazzazn began to lead the lost caravan. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Personality: This woman loves singing and to teach people singing more than just about anything. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Born in the north to a Shipwright, Therlin learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. Her first spouse was a Bowyer, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: Kyle was born with his mother's beautiful face. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. He has worked as a Layabout like his mother before him.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and wants to open a new tavern

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and doesn't want to be a bellfounder and was forced into it by his family
