Description: This eastern man is abnormally tall. He typically wears green cloth garments or leather armor. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His hair is red and very short. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines white.
Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.
History: Born to a Cartwright, his mother struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Shipwright hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: He wants revenge against gnolls.

Description: This malnourished man wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates his frame. His brown hair has been sun bleached extensively. His eyes are violet and he is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Carpenter profession.
History: Gimble was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Cleric, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Cleric in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by brigands. Gimble was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the brigands.
Motivation: To be a Carpenter again; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

History: She was born into a rich family. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Barber work with an outfit from a few towns over. Barber work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Barber.

Description: She wears a yellow tunic with black highlights, and long green pants that bunch up around her shoes. She carries with her a set of glaives on her belt, each one with a aquamarine on the hilt. She has dyed her greying red hair a little too much giving a sharp red color. Her blue eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. She is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.
History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She found a children's book about a Half-Elf Adept who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he loathes his own lifestyle
