History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He wears dark leathers with embroidery. His silver hair is greasy and uncared for. This green eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.
History: The child of a Dyer, who enjoyed hunting, Krimmon was taken on many hunting expeditions. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Krimmon grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Krimmon. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and he will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact

Description: He prefers to wear pastel clothing when he does not wear armor. His cinnamon fur is thinning but still full. His half smiles and yellow eyes are beguiling and draw you in.
Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the east. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.
History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Silent was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Silent took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up trident and armor he uses now. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal.

Personality: She is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, she's a very lovable idiot. She takes great joy in being the best Beggar in town.
History: Her divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

Description: This fat eastern man has a bulbous nose and usually wears his white robe and has his lance always slung over his shoulder. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His long chestnut hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. He has violet eyes.
Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. A true patriot, Gnarsh would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he has decided he is irredeemable

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.
History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Gnomish conditions. He struck the Beggar job and began his own company from there.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: He was born on a small isolated farm. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs; and he has money and likes to spend it

Personality: Theodoric speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.
History: Theodoric lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.
