History: Born in the north to a Barrister, William learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.
Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and obtaining odd cultural gnomish artifacts is his passion

Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he wears silk and lounges about seductively. He has done his best to style his auburn hair to look like a famous performer. His eyes are likewise brown.
Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.
History: Enialis hails from a village terrorized by goblins. Enialis liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He was granted divine powers by his dying brother.
Motivation: Many goblins want him driven away.

Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. Animals are drawn to her, and she is able to talk to them.
History: When she was but 4 years old her parents immigrated from the north. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Lerissa was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She was granted psionic powers by her dying sister.
Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the north; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature longsword.
Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Clerebold is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: He was born in the north. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
