Description: A 3'11" eastern woman, she is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright brown and tan, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. Her blonde hair is cut short. She has gleaming, smiling violet eyes.
Personality: Jarana wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Sorcerer, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... Jarana is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.
History: She was born in a small plains village. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.
History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
History: Himo was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern gal figured out how to best use her charms to convince people to do what she wants. She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of orcs once and for all.
History: Panana hails from a village terrorized by orcs. In her 10th year, her parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Panana alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 6 years.
Motivation: An old rival family wants her found; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Harriet embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. Harriet is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.
History: She was raised by priests from a young age. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. She has since lost track of the people in her past.
Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.

She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: She hates Half-Orcs with a passion. As such she is filled with self loathing. She is obsessed with her god.
History: Born in the south to a Apothecary, Brakka learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Brakka fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions
