Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes gnolls are coming to abduct people. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.
History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Half-Orc conditions. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge; and she is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: She is dressed in an above average manner, and she perpetually has her shortbow ready. She wears a colorful flower in her brown hair. Her violet eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She is frequently practicing swordplay.
History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Oppah was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Oppah decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Being a Layabout kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help.

Personality: While she is on the job, she is grim and serious. She understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.
History: Her druidic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Her mother was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.
Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help; and she possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and he is wracked by social anxiety

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this eastern gal figured out how to best use her charms to convince people to do what she wants. She has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a woman enough she will sell her own mother. Money is her most trusted friend.
History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. In her 14th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She now spends her time doing works of charity.
Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and she is wracked by social anxiety

Description: He wears yellow trousers with green and tan striped suspenders. He wears various colorful collared shirts, and carries greatswords. Sporting a black mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. He has blue eyes.
Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Roger was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Half-Elves in Roger's homeland. Roger decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He has worked as a Carpenter like his mother before him.
Motivation: Expand his business; and balancing his hectic life and new carpenter responsibilities is difficult

Description: 5'2" and lanky with angular features, she is an attractive figure. She wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. She has dyed her greying orange fur a little too much giving a sharp orange color. Her face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: Seven was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and she wants revenge against goblins

His hair is long and chestnut with streaks of white, and is pulled back with small grey clips. His beard is white, braided, and well cared for. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady brown eyes.
Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it.
