Description: He wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 3'1" when asserting himself. His hair is cut close to his head. His green unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing writing.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Description: She is dressed in earthy colors with a black and brown handkerchief worn on her left side. She carries with her a set of swords on her belt, each one with a amber on the hilt. She keeps her rusty crest in a pixie cut. She has a tattooed face.
Personality: She is a very philanthropic person; she spends her free time working at various soup kitchens. She loves teas. She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.
History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Fortune-teller arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Her mother took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.
Motivation: To pay off her debts; and she made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average woman, she is not imposing. She wears a blue shirt with thin violet vertical stripes and brown pants. She wears her auburn hair down. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She passes on several rewards to people in need. She makes a point to leave places better than she found them.
History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Tippletoe grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Tippletoe. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.
Motivation: Further expansion of business; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help

Personality: Bidreked hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his dancing career. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing dancing.
History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Barber. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: She has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. She is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with her big mouthed big gutted partner. Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.
History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She was forced to fight in gladiatorial arenas alongside her partner. They became the best of friends and one day they managed to break out together and then went their separate ways.
Motivation: She has passion for adventuring and risk; and obtaining odd cultural halfling artifacts is her passion

She found a children's book about a Dwarf Aristocrat who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She struck the Shoemaker job and began her own company from there.

Personality: Windy speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. A friendly and beautiful Tabaxi, she is rarely seen without a few beauties around her arms. Though a playboy in all rights, she is no lame duck.
History: She was raised in a mountains tribe. Windy liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.
