History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. Animals are drawn to her, and she is able to talk to them.
History: Mara hails from a village terrorized by illithids. At a young age her mother died while driving off some illithids. Her father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train her in shortspear use. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.
History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Cimer fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
