Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a tea of some kind. He has the majority of his body covered in plate, marred by teas. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He was raised in a desert tribe. He moved out north to avoid the crime he committed. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: He's attracted to the PC; and he has decided he is irredeemable
