Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Barber they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Crown-heir, and he later adopted a second daughter.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He was granted arcane powers by his dying brother.

Personality: She snorts whenever she laughs or is feeling confident. She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Like her mother and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Fletcher. She struck the Fletcher job and began her own company from there.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. Her philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Her parents were killed by drow in a raid when she was still a young child. The drow captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge; and she is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out

She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Halfling people.

Personality: She is unhospitable to her core. Her small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. She is ready at a moment's notice to give into her darker urges. She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. A freak accident while working with her Painter father left her crippled. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and she's repulsed by the pc

Personality: She is irritable and easily angered. She is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use her stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.

History: Nemeia lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A gifted student she started as a Layabout, but she got bored and became a Body Guard. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: She is a hateful person. She taunts others and blames them for her problems. She is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. She likes to tell stories.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Knight arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. While she appears to be a normal Tabaxi, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She now mingles about in high society.
