Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: She believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Shifting was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Shifting liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature halberd.

She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.
