Personality: She is irascible and easily irritated. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.
History: Born to a Navigator, her mother struggled to pay the bills. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Half-Elven activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Half-Elven doctor. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

History: Donaar was born the youngest of three triplets. A gifted student he started as a Mason, but he got bored and became a Mercenary. He struck the Mercenary job and began his own company from there.

Description: This woman is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of her veins is visible when she is not flexing. Her shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for her due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. Her bronze crest is slicked back into a classic pompadour. Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her red eyes.
Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.
History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Mijira fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Wants to work out more often.

Personality: She is enamored with her job. She loves it. She likes the challenge and she likes helping those less fortunate than her. Yurgunn enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: Yurgunn was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a old dungeon. She would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Yurgunn took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up shortbow and armor she uses now. She struck the Armorer job and began her own company from there.
Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day; and expand her business

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.
History: Travok hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. He took after his mother in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his mother taught him to defend himself. When his mother died while fighting gnolls, the young Travok began to lead the lost caravan. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. The war was a terrible time for him, and Rael does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
