Cressel took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up bastard sword and armor he uses now. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Tabaxi companion (her 'brother'). She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
