History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Therai was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. While he appears to be a normal Tiefling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Layabout. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.
