History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A freak accident while working with his Shipwright father left him crippled. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: He was born in the north. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Her first spouse was a Architect, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Tailor and was forced into it by her family; and regain custody of her son

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He disdains his fellow westerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He tends to his Dilettante job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: An older woman who wears a white tunic with grey highlights, and long green pants that bunch up around her shoes, she is not a threatening figure. She is bald on top and has large brown tufts of hair around her ears. She tend to wears goggles to shield her eyes.

Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Emen was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and to protect her home

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. He found a children's book about a Half-Orc Monk who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and dwarven compassion

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Many dire rats want him driven away; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge
