She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Fletcher for hire.

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: She was born in a small plains village. While she appears to be a normal Half-Elf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
