Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. After months of barely getting by, Kithri managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, she made her way to the capital under a new identity.

History: Barakas lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. While he appears to be a normal Tiefling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.
