In her 10th year, her parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Phann alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has dedicated herself to building a better world.

Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
