History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Myria grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Myria. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

His mother taught him the rudiments of the Carter arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young.
