Description: This northern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. His hair is golden and curly. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.
Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Orryn fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Expand his business; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: She is lean but muscular and dresses well, wearing tan shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. Her hair is cut close to her head. She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: She snorts whenever she laughs or is feeling confident. A true patriot, Mella would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.
History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Doctor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.
Motivation: Wants to raise her children well; and doesn't want to be a doctor and was forced into it by her family

Description: She is scrawny and has patchy cinnamon fur. She wears light armors faded through time and improper care. She has a hunchback. She wears her cinnamon fur down. Her amber eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: Cloud wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Bard, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She is a ruthless business woman, a trait she acquired from her mother.
History: Cloud lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister; and an old rival family wants her found

Description: This woman is bedraggled and starved. She is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. She is bald on top and has large blonde tufts of hair around her ears. Her gray eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: She goes out her way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one she won't accept into her heart. Murook enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: She was born in the west. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Half-Orcs in Murook's homeland. Murook decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Murook fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Personality: Flame speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

Description: A pudgy man standing about 6'6" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat. His crest is scarlet and curly. His gold eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Through the years after Arjhan was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Arjhan's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Arjhan was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the giants.
Motivation: To clean up the streets; and revenge

Description: This tall, slender man is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. His golden hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his gray eyes.
Personality: Osco is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He uses divination through singing.
History: Osco was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. He married young, but lost his spouse to illithids. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and a deep hatred of illithids

Description: She is a mite stocky and is wearing a tight green one piece outfit complete with pants, hood, and a cape. Her hair, while still mostly white, has prominent grey streaks. Her white eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this western gal figured out how to best use her charms to convince people to do what she wants. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.
History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her mother was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She tends to her Guard job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.
Motivation: She feels kind of lost in life; and she doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. The war was a terrible time for him, and Ivellios does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: He is a Chromatic Dragon in disguise. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
