Description: He stands about 3'2" and is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing blue cape and mantle trimmed with soft brown waves gently in the breeze. His right leg appears badly burned and disfigured. He has dyed his greying blonde hair a little too much giving a sharp blonde color. His brown eyes peer out from beneath his deerstalker blue hat.
Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.
History: Dimble was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. A gifted student he started as a Armorer, but he got bored and became a Glassblower. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: This fat northern man has a bulbous nose and wears dark leathers with embroidery. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His hair is cut close to his head. His face is scarred and worn.
Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.
History: Balimaar was raised in a hard working conservative environment. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He bought a quarterstaff and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Description: He is an average looking northern male in his early mid-life. He is dressed in earthy colors with a grey and violet handkerchief worn on his left side. His hair is cut close to his head. He is baby faced.
Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Through the years after Delg was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Delg's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Delg fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and nothing but the best is good enough for him

Description: She is in excellent shape and wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates her frame. Her crest is brass, silky, and of moderate length. Her eyes are gold and catlike.
Personality: Jaxi wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Cleric, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.
History: Jaxi was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Cleric, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Cleric in service of a powerful lord somewhere. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Miller hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and wants to work out more often

Personality: Ildrex wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Druid, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.
History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the south. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

History: Born in the west to a Knight, Therlin learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. In her 13th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.
