History: He was raised in a plains tribe. A gifted student he started as a Doctor, but he got bored and became a Ruler. He's also a talented Doctor, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bricklayer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor.
