History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. At a young age her father died while driving off some illithids. Her mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train her in shortspear use. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

History: Born to a Slave Trader, her father struggled to pay the bills. In her 14th year, her parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Mardnab alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge.

Description: A middle-aged man, he tends to wear a tan poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt, and is pretty ugly. His hair is short and blonde. His hazel eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Seeks redemption; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Description: She prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for her hunting needs. She is bristling with hidden weapons, mostly quarterstaffs and hammers. Her white hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. Her eyes are violet and catlike.

Personality: This woman loves painting and to teach people painting more than just about anything. A true patriot, Pearl would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Born in the south to a Seamstress, Pearl learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. After months of barely getting by, Pearl managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, she made her way to the capital under a new identity.

He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He was granted martial powers by his dying brother.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: To end her boredom.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and he wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. After a long history of fighting, Five and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: She is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks her mind. She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Gardener work with an outfit from a few towns over. Gardener work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Gardener.

Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it; and she desires power and/or immortality
