He has red fur. His hazel eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes drow are coming to abduct people. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.
History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.

Description: His skin is bronze and flawless. He wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. He is an epitome of beauty. He wears a top hat to hide his balding. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He works hard and plays hard.
History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Guy was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Guy fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he is content

Personality: She acts crazy and hedonistic. Her job bores her to no end. She has decided to make it more interesting.
History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Navigator hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and seeks redemption

Description: This younger middle-aged woman wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with wide-brimmed hat, and a wedding ring on her right hand. She wears a wide-brimmed hat to cover her moderate length gray fur. She has yellow eyes and a pastel hat with a white feather.
Personality: She is irritable and easily angered. She is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use her stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. On top of that she is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to her employer will always come first she doesn't like to hit women.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She found a children's book about a Tabaxi Adept who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. Some 2 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Silent never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.
Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and wants her loneliness to end

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.
History: Born in the north to a Junk Dealer, Oriff learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. Being a Junk Dealer kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and she will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Tiefling in existence. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.
History: Born in the east to a Banker, Raam learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.
Motivation: To end his boredom; and further expansion of business

Outside of the suit she wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath her coat. Her golden hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. Her eyes are likewise hazel. Her teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Layabout born in the past three hundred years. Her actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as she answers to a power that mortal women fail to acknowledge.
History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Layabout. She struck the Layabout job and began her own company from there.
Motivation: Expand her business; and wants to open a new tavern
